Hillary's Speech

The primary was what it was and the strongest candidate won. Her campaign was not as effective as Obama's and that's why she lost. The process worked. There were moments in that process that made us all wince but both candidates are worthy of enormous respect. Hillary's speech last night was masterfully delivered though I personally would have liked to see sharper criticisms of McSame. I think people criticizing her now are off base. It can't be easy for anyone to go from attacking a rival to endorsing them but Hillary has made that turn for the good of the country and party.

She did a great job last night and said the right things to the people that still say they aren't on board for Obama. I'm sure that if we continue to hear from the PUMAs she will say more. You can't push too hard on these things because people are resistant to having their opinions and attitudes changed so I think her call for introspection was the right one.
